Rhonda Lee Tipton Wyatt, age 49, died in the comfort of her home in Joplin, Missouri, on Sunday, March 31, 2013.
Born to Evelyn and Ronald Green on April 3, 1963 in Columbus, Georgia, she made Southwest Missouri her home. Rhonda lived a full life as a proud wife, mother and grandmother. Rhonda devoted her time to Community Outreach, and she also spent time volunteering at various homeless shelters around the Joplin area. She loved traveling and spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
Survivors include her loving husband, Dave Wyatt, nine children, Bradley Seaman, Samantha Sampson, Skyler Lentz and Katie Lentz all of Joplin, Missouri, Vanessa Vaughan of Okinawa, Japan, Heather Huffhines of Overland Park, Kansas, Chelsea Rexroat, Terry Holcomb of Grandview, Missouri, Savannah Conness of Neosho, Missouri, as well as two sisters, two brothers and six grandchildren.
Rhonda is reunited in death with her mother, father and former husband Terrance K. Tipton.
Memorial service will be held Friday, April 5th at 2:00 p.m. in Wildwood Baptist Church with Pastor Lew Poe officating. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend the service. A private ceremony to spread her ashes will follow the service.
